Last night I had a beauty of a "Just Married" session with the AMAZING Lacey and Chris.
They were married in Somers on Saturday, but wanted to treat themselves to a little extra photo session in the mountains before they flew home to San Fran.
Although this turned out to be a stunning session- of course it didn't go completely hitch free. Of course... So, we get just into Glacier AND... I get a flat tire. Yep. Not only did this couple stay calm and collected- they worked as a team together to help me change it up and get back on the road. Luckily we had agreed in advance that they would be more comfortable if they waited to get into their wedding clothes until we were at location. Whew! Was that a good call! That Chris really saved my bacon- it always pays to have an engineer along. :) Thanks you two!
After that travesty of a setback- we got cleaned up and went on our way shooting. By the end we encountered bright sun, clouds, wind, rain, and lightning. Also, they were happy to risk their lives and stand on the rock wall overlooking a VERY SCARY drop... all for the photos. Never a dull moment.
Thanks again you two. You are troopers and very special people. Congrats on your wedding!
